NEW · THE FUNDRAISING BOARD

The calendar fundraiser
without the $496 ceiling.

Every student gets a 28-day board. Supporters sponsor a day in their name, their name goes on it, and Premier days fund the trip. No paper, no cash envelopes, no chasing who took the 14th.

The demo board runs in Stripe test mode: sponsor a day with card 4242 4242 4242 4242 and nothing is charged.

Rouse Band's live 28-day Fundraising Board: each column has its own price, days shade darker as more students have them sponsored, and seven Premier days sit beneath.

For your donors

Twenty seconds, start to finish.

1 · Tap a day

The link arrives by text

A student shares their board. Grandma opens it on her phone, sees the days that are still open, and taps one. Day 7 is $43, Day 8 is $8. She can take two or three.

2 · Pay

Apple Pay, Google Pay or card

The day is held for her the moment she starts, so nobody else can buy it while she finds her wallet. If she wanders off, it reopens by itself.

3 · See your name

On the day, on the board

Her name is on Day 7 of her grandson's board for the rest of the season, and the receipt is in her inbox before she puts the phone down.

Why paper calendars stop at $496

The classic pick-a-date calendar prices each day at its date: the 1st is $1, the 31st is $31. Sell every single day once and a student raises exactly $496. Most calendars come back half-filled, in a backpack, with cash.

A Fundraising Board prices each column instead, so a Saturday can be $43 while a Sunday stays $8. Any supporter can take more than one day. And every student has their own board, so the program's ceiling is the roster, not the calendar.

  • Premier days for Homecoming, Region, State and BOA carry a fixed amount and can be given any number of times by any number of people.
  • Whole-program gifts still work for the alum who wants to give $250 and not pick a day.
  • A sponsored day keeps its price forever. The board never claims a supporter gave an amount they didn't.
  • It's a donation, not a raffle. Nothing is drawn and nothing is won, so there is no gaming license to worry about and every gift gets a receipt.

For organizers

Same campaign. One more switch.

The board is not a separate product. It is a setting on the campaign you already run, on Connect or Express, with the same roster, reminders, kickoff tools and reports.

Connect mode: a board per student

Every student's personal page carries their own 28-day board. Their texted link, their name, their supporters' names on their days. The campaign page shows all the boards as one, shaded by how many students have each day sponsored.

Express mode: one board for the program

No student accounts. One shared board on the campaign page, donors pick the student they are supporting at checkout. Built for middle school and under-13 groups.

Set up in the wizard

Pick 28 or 31 days, set a price per column, name your Premier days. Add days later if the season runs long. Prices on sponsored days never move.

Reports that answer the parent's question

Which days are open, which students are behind, what each Premier day has raised, and who sponsored what, exportable to Excel. Money lands in your own Stripe account as it is given.

Free for your organization. Really.

No platform fees. No percentage of donations. No contracts. The board does not change that. Supporters can optionally leave a small contribution at checkout, or your organization can choose a flat per-student fee instead.

Common questions

Is a calendar fundraiser a raffle?

No. A supporter sponsors a day and their name goes on it. There is no prize and no drawing, so it is a plain donation with a receipt, not a raffle that may need a license.

How much does a calendar fundraiser raise?

A paper 31-day calendar sold once per day raises at most $496 per student. A Fundraising Board prices each column separately and gives every student their own board, so the ceiling is gone. Rouse Band's 2026 board passed $151,000 by September 4, 2026, with more than two weeks still to run.

Can two people buy the same day?

No. The moment a supporter starts checking out, the day is held for five minutes. If they finish, it is theirs; if they leave, it reopens on its own. Nobody is ever refunded for a day someone else also bought.

Does it work for programs with students under 13?

Yes. On Express mode the program runs one shared board with no student accounts, which keeps it COPPA-safe. On Connect mode every student gets their own board on their own page.

What does it cost the program?

Nothing. There is no platform fee and no percentage taken from donations. Supporters may add a small optional contribution at checkout, and the program can choose a flat per-student fee instead.

Your program deserves this.

Free to start. No contracts to sign. Setup takes five minutes.
