About Us

The band program supports other organizations, on and off campus, by performing at various locations with a variety of performing ensembles.

The Maverick Band strives to provide a world-class experience for its students while creating lifelong memories and friendships.
All 200 students perform in the marching band in the fall and they also participate in the nationally recognized Wind Ensemble, the Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Orchestra, and our world-renowned Winterguard.
In addition, we have a thriving chamber music program, which includes our award-winning Percussion Ensemble.
